GREENFIB AGRO PULP MILL
Greenfib Agro Pulp Mill utilizes an innovative enzymatic thermo-mechanical process to produce pulp from agricultural residues such as sugarcane bagasse, wheat straw, and rice straw to produce anything between 3 to 30 tonnes of pulp per day. This chemical-free method uses natural enzymes to break down the fibers, combined with heat and mechanical action to form high-quality pulp. The process is eco-friendly, avoiding harmful chemicals typically used in traditional pulping, which makes it ideal for producing sustainable and biodegradable products. This technology not only reduces waste but also transforms agricultural byproducts into valuable, green materials.
BOP INTELLIFIB STOCK PREPARATION SYSTEM
A bought-out pulp (BOP) fiber stock preparation system is a pre-engineered system designed for the preparation of pulp from purchased pulp bales. It typically includes equipment for pulping, screening, cleaning, refining and blending, tailored to the specific requirements of the pulp used in fiber molded products manufacturing. The system starts by breaking down purchased pulp bales into smaller pieces and then pulping them with water to create a pulp slurry. This slurry undergoes various processes such as refining to improve fiber quality, screening to remove impurities and blending to achieve the desired pulp characteristics.
THERMOFORMING SYSTEM
We provide advanced thermoforming machines that mold eco-friendly products from natural fibers pulp from agriculture residue (e.g. sugarcane bagasse, wheat straw, rice straw or bamboo). Using heat and pressure, our machines efficiently produce sustainable tableware and packaging solutions.
