We both companies worked hard in developing Indian pulp molding machines (Forming machines, trimming machines, Production molds and trimming molds) and finally we are the first company having Indian machines and accessories in pulp molded tableware. M/s Ecosure Pulpmolding Technologies Limited have also installed 10 sets of Made in India- Semi-Automatic Pulpmolding Machines Model No. ECOSA 10095 -40 THPN-OH(oil heated) We have observed that these Machines (MADE IN INDIA), where we have observed and we certify that the machines are working satisfactorily. However, we have discussed about some implementations which EPTL has agreed. We have also asked Ecosure Pulpmolding Technologies Limited to provide the offer of additional hot presses to be added as per expansion plans.

This is to certify that M/S Ecosure Pulpmolding Technologies Limited has successfully installed 3 TPD Intellifi Fully Automatic Pulping System based on BOP (Bought out Pulp) basis along with Semi Automatic Manual Driven Machines Model Number ECOSA 10095- 40 THPN OH (oil heated) We have observed these Machines performance and hereby certify that these made in India semi automatic machines are working satisfactorily Ecosure Pulpmolding Technologies Limited has provided the Operation and Maintenance manual along with the part list for the machines supplied We are also happy to confirm our new expansion plans of the pulping system from 3 TPD to 7 TPD and adding on to 08 sets of Semi Automatic Machines Model Number ECOSA 10095- 40 THPN-OH (oil heated) with Robotic Arms to reach 14 machines in total.

This is to certify that Mr. Kamal Dev Rana, Arvind Kumar and his team from Ecosure pulpmolding Technologies Limited have successfully installed 8 nos of Thermoforming Machines Model ECOSA 10095 at our Production Plant. We hereby confirm that they have successfully completed the commissioning and installation at our factory in Morbi. We hereby certify that Besure Technology (India) Pvt. Ltd. (BST INDIA) had supplied us SEMI-AUTOMATIC BAGASSE TABLEWARE PRODUCTION LINE (6PD) Consisting of 12 Sets of SEMI-AUTOMATIC MACHINES (MODEL TDA10095) with 6 TPD FULLY AUTOMATIC PULPING SYSTEM. We hereby confirm that we are producing Approx. 4500kgs Tableware in 22 hours. Further, we are also planning to add 16 more SEMI-AUTOMATIC MACHINES to expand our Production Capacity to 12TPD.
